Individual assessment is a data-driven process that describes a leader’s current level of performance and developmental potential. It comprises several elements: psychometric and 360 degree feedback, in-depth psychological interviewing, reporting and feedback.

Executive Coaching

Our Executive coaching is provided by Jenny who has over 30 years’ experience of working with leaders in the NHS and the corporate sector both in the UK and internationally. Jenny’s coaching is sought by individuals who want to develop and change the way they lead and manage within their organisation.

Team development

Our approach to leadership focuses on the core concept that complete leadership is only likely to be demonstrated by teams comprising leaders with complementary skills and attributes working effectively together. Our team development workshop is aimed to facilitate this approach. It is based on the premise that the team that plans its strategy and tactics together is most likely to become committed both to the plans and colleagues in the team.

Executive education

We are proud of our links with outstanding business schools where both David and Jenny have taught on a variety of executive short programs and degree and diploma courses and where David is a programme director.
